The Global Korean Nursing Foundation (GKNF-USA) is pleased to announce the 2022 Nursing Leadership Development Webinar Series. 

The title is “Conflict Resolution & Communication in Nursing” and is scheduled for Friday, September 9^th, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (CST). This webinar aims to share lived experiences of Korean nurses/educators/scholars focusing on communication issues related to workplace conflicts and cultural and ethical dilemmas we face and discuss strategies for building effective communication skills. 

Drs. Mi Ja Kim and Kunsook Bernstein will share their experiences of intercultural communication encounters during their leadership roles throughout their career journey. There will be breakout sessions with interest groups led by Korean nurses at various stages of their careers in academic and clinical settings.

 

The target audience of the webinars would be all nurses including nursing faculty, students, clinicians, and community leaders. The webinars will be free for everyone who likes to attend, but registration is required (Registration Link). We will send out a zoom invite to the email you provide upon registration by September 6^th, 2022.
